1. Purpose of Alo Bloom
Alo Bloom exists to provide mentorship, community, and confidence-building experiences for youth navigating hair loss. Our programs focus on emotional growth, personal development, and self-esteem. Alo Bloom does not provide medical or psychological treatment and should not be used as a substitute for professional care.
2. Eligibility and Parental Consent ​
Participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian register on their behalf. Parents are responsible for ensuring that their child’s participation is safe, supported, and age-appropriate. By enrolling, parents grant permission for their child to take part in mentorship sessions, group discussions, and Alo Bloom activities.

3. Programs and Services
Alo Bloom offers mentorship packages, digital programs, and optional add-on services such as 1-on-1 calls, workshops, or local experiences. Each package description outlines what is included (session length, frequency, bonuses, etc.). All services are delivered online or in person, depending on your selected package.

4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Cancellations
All program payments must be made in full at registration unless a payment plan is arranged. Monthly memberships renew automatically each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time by emailing info@alobloom.com at least 7 days before your next billing date. Refunds are not available for partially used months or missed sessions, but credits may be issued at Alo Bloom’s discretion. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of access until the balance is cleared.

5. Scheduling and Rescheduling
To reschedule a session, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice cannot be refunded or made up unless it is an emergency. Alo Bloom may reschedule a session if necessary, with timely notice provided.

6. Behavior and Community Expectations
We are a safe, supportive space. All participants and parents agree to speak respectfully to others during calls, events, and online groups, avoid bullying or inappropriate language, and keep discussions private. Alo Bloom reserves the right to remove any participant or parent who violates these expectations without a refund.

7. Privacy and Content Use
All personal information shared during sessions is confidential. Photos or videos of participants will only be used in Alo Bloom marketing with written permission from a parent or guardian. Families may not record or share mentorship sessions without prior approval. We respect your story and will always ask before featuring it publicly.

8. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Alo Bloom — including worksheets, journals, videos, and guides — are for personal use only. You may not copy, sell, or redistribute them without written permission from Alo Bloom LLC.

9. Limitation of Liability
Alo Bloom and its representatives are not liable for any emotional distress, injury, or loss resulting from participation. By joining, you acknowledge that your involvement is voluntary and that you are responsible for your own decisions and actions during and after mentorship.

11. Agreement
